On an invitation by Camille Martin, show curator, I animated and produced this experimental film about partying, night life but also respecting others and how drugs can magnify life as it can bring forth inequalities.
The animated characters and texts were projected onto water in order to create random textures and break the perfectness of computer aesthetics. All of the backgrounds were drawn by hand with markers.
This film was cut in five parts, one for each DJ, and were screened behind them as the party/exhibition was taking place. It was screened at the party/exhibition Mess Factory B2B Commizariat at the 6b, Saint-Denis.
Thanks to Camille Martin for her trust and support and thanks to Robyn Chien for her great help concerning the video editing.
